Job Opening: Pharmacy Technician – Call Center Support (Remote)
Location: Remote (U.S. based)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM CT
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT

Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician – Call Center Support, where you’ll assist members and providers by phone through the prior authorization process. You'll provide top-tier customer service, document all interactions accurately, and direct clinical inquiries to pharmacists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders

  • Provide non-clinical assistance for prior authorization requests

  • Document approvals and denials with accuracy and timeliness

  • Route clinical questions to pharmacists

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a customer service/call center role

  • High school diploma or GED (required)

  • Strong computer and communication skills

  • National pharmacy technician certification preferred but not required

  • Must be eligible for state license/registration (if applicable)
